#1 Mindfulness
Mindfulness has its roots in Buddhist meditation and means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our feelings, thoughts, bodily sensations, and our environment. Don´t worry, there is no need for you to start meditating. Just focus on your breathing, or the sights, sounds, and smells around you and be aware that your limiting thoughts and bad emotions are fleeting and do not define you.

#2 Mirrors Don´t Lie
